Is there still a cap on raids per week or did it get removed once they made it where you had to be im the guild at the start of the raid to be elligible to participate?
The weekly raid cap is still in effect. The change you mentioned wouldn't deter guild hopping entirely because the guild you are hoping to could always wait for you to hop over before starting.
