Raid reward question for the experts

Hey guys, got an unusual question

I was in the guild when the raid started and I fight with no problem....

then I left the guild to help a friend and got back to my previous guild

when the raid finished, I got the message "Eligible for Rewards in: 1h 51m".

Will I ever get the rewards?

No, if you are stopped from getting rewards past the 1 hour period at the end of the raid you get nothing.
