Darth nihilus leader ability issue during galactic war

I didn't find any similar topic but if any, feel free to redirect me

I had darth nihilus as leader, as such all my sith lost their protection, turned into health bonus.
The problem is that in the second battle, they had no more protection and the health bonus was also gone...
personnaly they need to keep their extra health.

Can I have a feedback please

Nihilus was your lead in both battles, or just the first?

Without Nihilus as the lead in second etc. battle, that protection and health are gone for good.

It has to work like it is.

If you keep extra health, then you can:
1) DN turn protection into health
2) add protection with Phönix
Repeate 1+2) 5 times
11) like 1)
12) mega health monster created

Knowing this, use the DN as a leader if you need to.
