Could someone code up this tool?

In order to allow players to prepare the necessary gear to develop an unlocked character, how easy would it be to code up a tool that takes your unused gear from swgoh.gg and tells you what gear pieces you're missing for an unlocked character?

swgoh doesn't know your unused gear. Just as it doesn't know your unused mods.

They don't have access to your inventory. That's why you don't see your unequipped mods. They use to state so on the website, not sure if they still do.

Pretty sure they can parse only what the game client can request about another player like when you look at another player's inventory or the info you need to fight someone in arena on your local client. They query CG servers like they are a game client then save the data in their local DB. It's also why they can't access people's sensitive information, just what you can see yourself by clicking in your own game.
