Mods and squads

Hey guys, I just hit lvl 50 on my account and could use some help deciding what mods to run. I actually stopped playing the game when mods were originally released and I really want to stay on top of it this time around. I still have lots of toons to farm (particularly my entire R1 dream team) but I also don't want to be left in the dust. Below is my current team as well as my "goal" team. Which mods should I use? Are some almost entirely useless while others are game changing? Also if you have any suggestions/comments on my current or future team build I would appreciate it.

If you are only lvl 50 on an old shard i would start over. I takes a week to get to lvl 50 and in your current shard you are to far behind. If you start over you can also start on your aimed team from the start if you find a decent guild for jyn shards. Also i wouldnt go for double tank ( k2 and sth) maybe farm lando and biggs and later wedge
