Health steal would mean something the day you can't oneshot everything. Until then, has little impact.

Will be huge in LS,DS and GW, tho

I'm guessing won't change much.

If we somehow end up in an aoe meta...could be good.

The standard high speed single target dps teams will likely not care how much lifesteal ya got. If they can't ohko ya they already lost. If they do ohko can't gain life on hit anyway.
