BI on Zaul doesn't stop stealth. WAI?

If Anakin (and presumably other characters) inflicts Buff Immunity with a critical hit on Zaul, Zaul will still gain Stealth that turn. Is this WAI, or is this a bug and the stealth should be applied after the BI, and therefore not be applied?

It calcualtes damage first then buff imune so anakin hits and crits causing stealth then buff immunity applies

true, but EP applies shock before damage, which functions as a buff immunity

Happens with GG too in P1 HAAT.

So it seems that the timing of BI relative to damage is inconsistent across characters. Any chance we could get confirmation that it's supposed to be this way @CG_Kozispoon
