10 level 85 & gear level 10 gear

GOALS:
1) Build a community of players with strong teams so we can Master All Heroic Raids.
2) Support each other through advise and gear donations.
3) WE focus on building ALL teams in the guild so together WE can Master ANY RAID!

Here are the Rules and Guidelines to be successful in this guild.

TICKET CONTRIBUTIONS:
400+ Daily average required
Players below 400 will get a warning.
Too many warnings and you get booted.
--Review your stats in the Google Sheet to see where you stand.

RAID RULES:
Review the latest Raid Rules in the Rules channel
Violate the rules and you WILL be booted
.
GEAR DONATIONS:
Gear donations are not required, however they are highly encouraged.
WE donate when possible to help others get better. When WE work together, the Guild gets better!
...if you don't donate, don't ask for donations.

GOOGLE SHEET:
Stat sheet channel
The averages are over several weeks.
New Guild members may look worse than reality until they have been in the guild long enough....NO WORRIES! We are aware of the situation.

TRAVEL/OTHER:
If you are going to be away from the game for a period of time that will impact your average, post in the "out of town" channel.
We will take this into consideration when reviewing your stats.

LUCILLE aka GETTING THE BOOT:
These items will get you booted out of the guild.
1) LOW Ticket contributions over a long period.
2) Raid rule violation.
3) If one of the above are in question, and your gear donations are low, 99.9% chance you will get the boot.
