Multiple unauthorized charges

In the last month, I have twice purchased a "crate of crystals" using iTunes Store cards for payment. At the time of processing these transactions, my credit card was billed for a bag of crystals and a box of crystals at the same time. I have never ordered or received these purchases. I have taken steps to ensure this does not happen again and have the charges reversed on my credit card. I have been a loyal long time customer of EA, purchasing several different titles through the years. I have spent a pile of money on this game and have lost a great deal of trust in this company. I would appreciate if someone could look into this matter. I have contacted EA customer support as well and have been less than pleased with their efforts.
