When are you planning to fix this bug, is so hard to control 600 in a guild with this bug. Been months since this bug came and still no fix...

Agreed. I’m an officer in my guild and would love to have this fixed as well. Also, maybe an average daily guild ticket filter would be nice (can break it down by week and month)
