Does clone sargent -phase 1 hit harder than TFP?

Which one would be better overall? I am currently working mon my clones, I have decided to invest in them more than a zader with TFP at the moment.

Would Clone sergeant be more powerfull overall?

From experience,I think that mod aside he hits harder than TFP. But looking at the stats they are very close in terms of damange on their basic

TFP's dmg depends on how many enemies are debuffed, if all are debuffed he hits harder than sarge (even if sarge gave himself offence up). Without debuffs i'm reasonably sure Sarge hits harder.

In a clones team and optimal conditions, he can hit hard. ie if he has offense up after a critical hit, as an assist of Fives (+75% damage) under JKA lead (+30% damage). He also has +10% CD.

He's a good attacker in a full clone team.

you can get clone seargents crit chance above 100% pretty easily with cody as the leader and he gains 50% turn meter from crits with his basic?
I don't know about damage but that is a big speed advantage

Clone sergeant works better in a clone (or clone/jedi hybrid) team. TFP works better in almost every other team (but particularly well under a Zader or Palp lead).
