Dodge leaders are not working
Having dooku in gw as leader the last few days I've been counting my dodges at the moment I have 17 dodges out of 220 attacks. That's well under even the base 15% and I honestly think that may just be base dodge rate. In pvp it's ven worse with 4 dodges out of the last 46 attacks. Which is a similar ratio. However the rare times I come a colors an enemy dodge leader.. normally lumi it semi they dodge upward to 4 or 6 times a fight not counting dodge buffed.
