Shaman's DT Not Applying Extra Dot

I'm curious if anyone else has run into this issue.

For context, I'm running a full Zader team for HAAT (Zader, TS, EE, DS, Phaz) and DS isn't zeta'd.

During phase 2, I've noticed that TS is never applying that second dot for DT. I can have 7 dots on any particular cannon but TS fails to apply his second.

Thinking it was just rng, I played around with the ability rotations; even going as far as repositioning toons within my group. This only caused another issue where DS was getting resisted by the main cannon but not by the 3 corresponding cannons.

Anyone seen this? I haven't seen anything about there being a bug with TS.

Just curious if this need high potency on Shaman?

Maybe effect was resisted? difficult to tell w/o potency of TS

I'm running Zidader in HAAT P2 tonight (in about 45 min), so will see if Shaman lands any additional DOTs. I'll video.

My potency on TS is 52%.....a little low but surely the extra dot should trigger when the standard dot applies.

I run that squad in p2 as well and he almost always lands double dot, but i do have my ts at around 80-90% potency
