Are we ready for heroic tank raid?

Hi folks
How can we find out if we are ready for the tank heroic mode?
We tried it 2 times but were just able to solve stage 1. Meanwhile we made much of progress but we don´t want to take another try and flush down 90k coins down the toilet.
Does anyone have a good hint how the officers and guild leader can check if the guild is ready? Or is there no other way than use a full raid chance again and again?

1 zylo then you can finish P1

30 maxed team g11 droid. assume 4% each team (47,88,86,jeg10, nebitg10) then you can pass P2

another 20 Chripatine (4% each = 80%)
plus 10 Teebo+tfp (2% each=20%)
for P3

if you have those, P4 would not be your problem. throw ecerything you have in there.

The only way to know is to try but it doesn't sound like you are ready. Phase 3 will rip out your souls. We stalled several times before we finished.

Just do a heroic... the rewards for normal are atrocious anyway, so you've got nothing to lose.

Aside from the officers evaluating the guild's squads, the best gauge is to set aside a time to run HAAT periodically. Before my guild started clearing HAAT, we ran it once a month. The time before we cleared for the first time, we barely made it to P3 before time ran out. What put us over the hump was getting zKylo to clear P1 and having clear directions on teams to use for each phase.
