This will be a interesting Tribe to add into the game. They can also have the tag of Naboo Security and Galactic Republic. Here are a few characters that can be added.
Naboo Royal Pilot (Pilots the NB-1S Royal Bomber)
Captain Panaka
Gregar Typho
Gavyn Sykes (Pilots N-X Police Cruiser) (From Battle for Naboo game)
Ric Olié (Pilots N-1 Starfighter)
Queen Amidala (The battle scene Gear)
Queen's Handmaiden (The battle scene Gear)
Rhys Dallows (Pilots N-1 Starfighter) (From Star Wars Starfighter)
Padme Amidala (Pilots the J-type star skiff(since it has weapons)) (The Geonosis version or one of the Clone Wars versions of Padme)
These are a few characters and their ships that can be added from around Episode 1 time frame. Since I added Starfighter character I can also add 3 others that can be just scoundrels.

Vana Sage (Pilots the Guardian Mantis)
Nym ( Pilots the Havoc)
These are my Ideas to add a tribe like side as well as 3 Scoundrels to the game. This will also improve the number of ships in the game.
