Scarif Rebel pathfinder reviving when killed with just debuffs

I have noticed this repeatedly and did not find any mention of it when searching the forums.
The rebel pathfinder's Do or Die skill seems to trigger not only off buffs but also debuffs. There are multiple times when I have killed the pathfinder when they have no buffs but 1 or more debuffs and they always revive. I assume this is a bug and should not be the case.

could be that he had an opposite buff.
Example if he has defense up and then gets defense down. The defense up icon will be hidden but he maintains the buff in the background.

Wow that is lame.. why not just show both icons so you know what is actually going on with a character.

I don't know why they don't make it easier to tell, but it's been like this for a long time. Most likely the culprit was offense up, which he gives himself on his basic.
