Near HAAT guild looking for 2 more

We are a guild of 48 very active players and we are trying to fill our last spots. We are focusing on building towards Heroic Tank and we are looking for like-minded players. Our guild can handle the Heroic Rancor easily, but we make sure everyone gets rewards. For Rancor Raids everyone logs zero damage in the first 24 hours and we finish it up on day 2.

For Normal tank, we also observe a 24 hour zero damage rule because we clear Normal Tank in under a day.

We've run HAAT twice. The first time we cleared only 20% into P2. 6 weeks and some focused building later we cleared 70% into P3. Since then we've added 3 more Zody teams and another Zader/Shaman team. We've decided to run HAAT once a month until we clear it since we are so close.

We use Line to communicate and coordinate. It makes discussions much easier.

Guild payout is 7:30 CST. Most of us are in Central and Eastern Time zones, but we do have some further out west as well as a couple outside the US. Most of us are married and several have kids, so we understand that family comes first. We don't hold anyone to the 600 tickets per day standard, but most of us get that done anyway. We just ask that you do as much as you can.

We are intentionally relaxed with requirements, but we are focused on our goal of HAAT. Our Line chats allow us to ask questions and share strategy. Our lowest level player is 83, so we are committed to adding teams ready to help with HAAT.
