How powerful is the nihlius unique zeta? Stacking health down over time?

My next zeta is going to be nihlius for sure (unless you guys say otherwise)

I see he does health down for two turns every turn of the enemy... so this means after two turns everyone has 4 health downs? This seems monstrous. I have zavage and zaul already, would nihilus be the next piece. Please check my team

Health down doesn't stack. It's a unique debuff.
It will only refresh the duration next turn.

Yes, still worth it (for arena anyway).

Worth it with SA ignoring protection can 1 shot lower health toons or DN in 3 cleansers team coz you need to debuff enemy for better drain force
