First Zeta suggestions

Tonight I will get my 20th Zeta so I have a decision to make. My obvious choices are Maul, Vader, or Kylo. Less obvious are Phasma and R2. Here is my profile if you want to check out everything: https://swgoh.gg/u/mohican66
I'm leaning towards Maul because he's my only G11 toon so far and I'm thinking he can help me arena wise.
Thoughts? Suggestions?

If your arena is full of rex i probably wouldn't go for maul otherwise he would be very good for arena. I'm going to use my first zeta on vader for the rancor raid to help get better gear for other characters, but I don't see zader teams in the top 100 so if arena is your primary aim then maul would be best
