Speed on Baze Malbus?

Is the consensus that you want him at very low speed to increase the duration of his taunt, or do you want to stack speed for faster dispels? I've tried both and can't decide. I know he gets TM gain when enemy is buffed, so it kind of feels like the intention is for him to be very slow by default.

I use a ton of protection on Baze and no speed whatsoever

I compared some Bazes on my arena lately.
Funnily enough they're mostly at around +60 or +65 speed in mods.
That's not fast but not that super-slowish either.
Maybe everyone's confused or just prioritizing other factors like protection a lot. Or maybe some people want a certain toon to go twice before the autotaunt drops.
I'm not using him on my arena team currently but will do some experiments about that in a few days.

Kind of a middle path it seems so far.
