Question about Poe

Is MK8 BlastTec Weapon Mod necessary for Poe to go first? It's the bottom left piece of gear on tier 8 and grants +26 agility.

If I don't have it and my opponent's Poe does will his always go first?

Speed stat is all that matters, not Agi.

No, but get it anyways. It grants 250 health, which is important for any character, but especially good for a tank

Also the 10 strength will grant a little health, the agility grants armor, and if he can now survive a round, the physical pen is nice to have when he gets a shot off
