Resistance turn meter gain tank raid phase 3

While running my resistance team with zeta Finn lead I noticed that my resistance units where not always gaining turn meter when an enemy was damaged by exposure. I don't believe that there is any special circumstance in this phase that stops turn meter gain for my units as my tie fighter pilot's turn meter gain works perfectly. Please address this issue.

Update: this appears only to occur when a b1 battle droid is attacked. Exposure damage on the b2 rocket droid boss appears to be working correctly.
