Arena cooldown

I did an arena battle and my st han taunt was on cooldown. Anybody run into this?

Si nihilus used drain force which increases your cooldowns by 1 at a 50% rate when you have no debufs, 100% chance if you have a debuff so your toons could all start with 1 cool down on all abilities

So, when nihilus came.. there is this ridiculous special called "aoe reduce cooldown"
