This would balance the meta canonically as the Jedi and Sith should have an easier time beating clones and random trooper units. 99 could have an ability that Reloads all allies and grants Offence up until they have to reload next. He also throws detonators that deal damage to all opponents and deals more damage to Sepratists Enemies. He also taunts and offers a team buff like Old Ben when he is defeated.

Plz stop. Realism has no place in a game like this. If the meta was "balanced" canonically then only two factions would be viable, sith and Jedi.
