Why is the rancor going without full turn meter?

Keep in mind that you really only see where tm is at when it's someone's turn. If your characters are all close tm-wise, after they all go, they will all be near 0, so this might make the opponent's tm appear to jump a huge amount.

Heroic Rancor is really fast, it also goes multiple times in a row. And what crzydroid said. You only see it when it's your turn.
