Sidius zeta - bug?

I just zeta'd Darth Sidius' "Sadistic Glee" ability which supposedly gives +50% potency.
However, his stats only show potency at 34% which is what he had already.
I also checked the zeta Sidius one of my team mates and he has the same issue.
I don't remember the amount of health he had before but I suspect that he also didn't get the increase equal to potency either.
Is this a bug or just stats not shown properly?

I believe this is activated in battle, similar to Nihilus's leader ability converting protection into health.

It's true it activates in battle but I still believe there's a bug in Haat to apply dots consistently and I'm considering rng in this I have to have my zid with 65 potency 60 cc. I have run many test with my zader comp . I use in phase 4 my clones not done yet is why I use that and I get 40 percent with zader Boba phasma zid Zarris .
