We do Heroic Rancor and Normal Tank.
Currently 49/50 spots filled with active members.
Great guild exchange.
We use a combination of Line and in game chat.

Everyone is focused on Heroic tank. We tried it two weeks ago and failed. That was good, caused us to focus more. We beat Heroic Rancor in 16 minutes on average, so we have a lot of firepower.

Yup. And we have helped some people move up in arena. One of our guys went from 200s to top 20 with the guidance and support of the guild. Raid gear makes all off the difference.

14 minutes sounds horrible. What if someone's busy. I hope there's a zero damage delay period and you'll rotate top 10 or something to share rewards amongst all
