Another speed thread

So I have 2 questions.

I run a R1 team with zJyn, zCass, zR2, Chaze. My Jyn has 259 speed but if I go against a zMaul team that has a sith assassin with less speed she goes first. What am I missing?

Also when I go against a zQGJ team my Baze always goes first. I'm sure I'm missing something on both of these.

Zaul lead gives 20% tm boost to Sith at start of battle.

Baze gains 5% tm each time the enemy gets a buff, so with 5 foresights that's 25%.
