Possible new kit to help counter chaze?

I'm not 100% sure which character could receive this kit, but it should help counter chaze a little bit without being too OP.

Basic - deal physical damage to target. If that target is taunting this attack can't be evaded or resisted. This attack deals 10% more damage for each buff on the target. (Possible change to each buffs/debuffs)

Special - deal aoe damage and grant each enemy hit with a 2 placebo buff for 1 turn. (Possible to change to add a certain debuff instead) Zeta: trigger all enemies counter that have a counter. 3-4 turn CD

Unique - Gain 50% turn meter from each counter. Counters deal 75% less damage to this character. (Possible change to 50% less damage)

This character would really only be strong against teams that counter, like chaze and some others. Every time this character uses his AOE, guaranteed when zetad, he will immediately gain 100% TM against chaze and be able to deal extra damage to baze without him being able to resist the attack if he's taunting. Also if baze does counter this character gains another 50% TM.

all you need is love healing immunity debuff with high proc chance. And skill block to chirrut.
