We do Heroic Rancor with 24 hour rule to make sure everyone gets rewards.

We do Normal Tank with a hardcore focus on getting to Heroic. We got to phase 3 on our first try.

We use Line to chat, I am 4helloq on Line, but it is not required.

Holy **** I was just about to post asking the same thing. I'm getting ready to cut like 10 people for inactivity or not participating in raids. I've been hawking these forums looking for people but you have to be lightning fast or they're gone. Forget about getting someone to merge with you, everyone has 40 give or take and is lookig to absorb small groups into them. He||, even the new guilds with just a few guys want nothing to do with mergers. When you're just not quite ready for hAAT that's the worst position to be in.. I know cause I'm there!! Sorry... rant over.

Aat starts at 6 am est and runs for about 18 hours before it is finished. Rancor is at 330 est, with a 24 hour 0 damage rule before hand.
