Number of duplicate shards wrong

The new update stating an increase in duplicate character shards doesn't work. Bought some chromium mega packs and nothing is changed. On the last one got 50 shards for nihilus who is 7 stars and 80 for b2 who is also 7 stars. Never saw a 145 as listed in the update notes.

You don't seem to understand how they work.. The Chromium was giving you a 4 Star B2. Getting a 4 star unlock when you have the character already used to reward 32 shards, you got 80 instead.
