Are the new duplicate character shard adjustments intended for Bronzium as well as Chromium?

I'm not sure if you're asking if it's applying or if it's supposed to be applying. For the former, I can confirm it does as I got a duplicate Royal Guard (1* base) and it gave me 10 shards. For the latter, my guess is that it's supposed to be across all data cards so it also applies to things like the Jedi Bundle they offer during the Yoda event, containing a full unlock of Old Ben. That would seem most logical to do by just replacing the shard rate altogether rather than for specific packs.

it seems like they lowered the drop rate for full charters in bronzium.

a few weeks ago i cashed in 100k in ally points and got 8 full unlocks (duplicates of course)
this morning i cashed in 50k and didnt get a single one.
