Time to drop FO team?

I was working on a FO/TM team, with (L) Phasma, FOO, Kylo, FOTP, and Han.
With speed leader abilities now working on first turn, and considering this team wasn't fast to begin with, do you guys think this team will have any chance to be competitive?
Should I keep working on this team or should I begin a new project, thoughts?

I've been working on a FO team forever. I Phasma maxed out, but the others are still too weak to compete. Shards aren't dropping in my lifetime.

Speed leaders are working currently on first turn, or after the update?

The impact should be minimal. You're already going to lose to Poe teams regardless of leader so that part stays the same.

Speed leaders are usually faction specific; which is rare. Nightsister, Rebel, Empire, Scoundrel and Droid teams are the only ones that get speed from leadership.

Don't lose to Poe teams now, so I guess that's not going to change.
