Can't log into my second Device

Hello
I'm playing on my Galaxy s4 mini. When i just wanted to play on my primary phone, Galaxy S6 i got repeating only this : https://youtube.com/watch?v=n-TSRmQyrrQ&feature=youtu.be
Everything like google play is singed in on both devices
Anyone can help?
