Presence of mind bug

Cor some reason over the last few days Darth Vader seems to be able to ignore the presence of mind buff. It doesn't matter what attack he uses, he always hits any player with the buff. Unless I'm mistaken the presence of mind buff if supposed to make it impossible to get hit while the buff is active. Now Darth Vader is able to damage you.
Please look into this, cause it is really frustrating.

what is presence of mind? and who has it
are you talking about foresight?

If you are fighting a Jedi squad, Vader is able to hit thru foresight, read his basic attack skill description.
