HAAT Guild Storming to Isengard looking to add 1 more

We are a HAAT guild looking to add one more HAAT ready player. Our guild can handle the raids fairly easily, but we make sure everyone gets rewards. For Rancor Raids everyone logs zero damage in the first 24 hours and we finish it up on day 2.

For HAAT we've cleared 4 in a row where we have cleared P1-P3 in about 2 hours and then pause until the next day where we finish it up. We may tweak the damage registration rule moving forward.

We use Line to communicate and coordinate. It makes discussions much easier, but we do not require members to join Line.

Guild payout is 7:30 CST. Most of us are in Central and Eastern Time zones, but we do have some further out west as well as a couple outside the US. Most of us are married and several have kids, so we understand that family comes first. We don't hold anyone to the 600 tickets per day standard, but most of us get that done anyway. We just ask that you do as much as you can.

We are intentionally relaxed with requirements because we want to be respectful of our members. Our Line chats allow us to ask questions and share strategy. Our lowest level player is 84, so we are a high level guild.
