I've seen multiple times now where Nihilus is not applying a DoT to anyone on the enemy side. There's no "resisted" message coming up either. It's just not apply at all at times. Why would this be?

I'll try paying closer attention to this and see if that's it. But, Ive seen other things show resisted when playing on 4x speed. Not sure why this never would
