Asajj Ventress Endless Wrath potential bug

I've been testing this hero out and Endless Wrath doesn't seem to be working, if I'm understanding the ability correctly.

"finishing blow" means any time she kills a foe with the ability, correct? If so, that doesn't appear to be functional on Android.

Edit: Also, for the sake of clarity, "refresh all cooldowns" means all ally abilities or just Asajj's?

That's weird, this bug was reported back in soft launch and they had managed to fix it back then (at least it's working as intended for me right now). Not sure how it's gone back to the bugged state for you.

Also it only refreshes Asajj's abilities, no one else's.

Are you sure it wasn't during a fight when someone else had "taunt" activated?

I have the same bug on iOS. There is another problem with Ventress, the fear strike does not remove the negative effects from my team, but the enemy team and Ventress does not recover any health.
