QGJ humbling blow

When the target is humbled and dies QGJ doesn't get the offense up buff. I believe the buff should still have a chance of happening. Having your face in the dirt is the ultimate in humility.

This is a known bug or any effect that should occur when a toon dies. Other commonly missed effects are stuns on secondary targets for Dooku and Daka.
