Guild locked areas

For the longest time I've noticed 2 areas in the guild holotable that are not yet accessible and have been that way since I started the game well over a year ago. What are they and when will we have access to them?

    There are some rumors about that spaces...
    >> Battle between guilds (ships)
    >> Death Star event (very rare)

    Again the info is only rumors and there´s no confirmation at all!!
