Offense Up Percentge of?

Just wondering about the technical detail...let's take Rey for example.
She has a unique giving her Offense and a chance to gain an OffenceUp buff.
Is her unique Offense gets percentage of her basic Offense stat (before mod) or after? Likewise, her OffenseUp buff...is it 50% of her basic or her current offense (basic+mod+unique)?

I'm pretty sure that all buffs go off of the base stat. Bonuses add together, not multiply each other.

@Gank_Killer is correct. Bonuses r based on unmodified stats then added together.

Hmm, so there's no sense in pumping Offense Mod in hope it'll be multiplied by Rey's unique or OffenseUp buff then? as the unique and OffenseUp will give out the same amount of offense regardless?
