Tenacity Up vs. Dispell

Hey guys,

sorry for the silly question, but I do not have a char to test this, yet.

If Chirrut or Rex does tenacity up and B2 goes next. Does his Massdispell remove the tenacity up, or does the Buff resist because of the high tenacity?

It is like the question if the chicken or the egg was first ^^

Tenacity up can be dispelled.

it will remove all buffs unless they evade/ have foresight
