Counter with Burn?

R2-D2 burns Kylo Ren with retribution and Count Dooku and they don't counter. Is this WAI?

Is R2 Stealthed?

Yes and no. It happened all battle. I couldn't counter attacker tauntes either because of burn.

You can't counter a Stealthed character, even if opponent has a visible Taunter.

Hmm maybe that was it. Not sure but was blown away when two counters didn't counter the whole battle basically lol
