Please lower Phoenix Gear Requirements

I know that power and Gear Requirements are not proportional in this game but this is a little silly I think. Phoenix is one of if not the gear heaviest faction in the game with little to nothing to show for it. Phoenix need one of three things 1. lower/change Gear requirements to a reasonable level 2. Buff the squad a little and make them more resistant to Negative status effects say one of the unique's have plus 40% Tan. 3. give Hera A zeta that blows everyone's mind.

Please tell me which of these suggestion you like best and think would work

There is no way, 0 chance that they will change the gear requirements. Just FYI. And reworks are always possible, but don't hold your breath. It won't happen any time soon or even soonish.

Which is why my preferred Option is a Zeta or two for Phoenix
