For his manipulate ability, it says "when speed up expires, inflict ability block." Which turn gets ability blocked? Is it the immediate turn after the basic was used against them or the turn after?
Speed up expires at the end of the turn, so AB is applied then. There's a couple times in the live feeds you can see a toon use an ability, then have AB pop up as their turn ends.
