Abilities for Bonus tier of Flash Event

I have my Five star Pheonix characters but a limited number of purple training mats (pretty much just the 15 from Today's daily challenges). Which abilities do you think are most important to level up to successfully complete the bonus tier of the flash Event? Thanks.
