Not to sound glib, but there really is no such thing. I mean the classic "triple cleanse" holds fairly well, as people are afraid of it (Rex (L) + Chaze + GK + whoever) - but nothing holds.

The best Defense is a good Offense.
In reality, there's not much you can do defensively. Some teams are worse than others due to the AI (FO teams are an example here). Before they added the option to increase the animation speed, some people would opt for a timeout team that was tanky and just took forever to defeat. But that's really difficult now.
