phoenix flash event bonus tier gear and level requirements

is it possible for me to complete the bonus tier of the flash event with my toons assuming that i can get sabine to 5* and all of them to level 75 at least
if not who should i level and gear up

My phoenix team was lvl 70, threw random mods on them, ezra gear 8, the rest gear 7 and i autoed the bonus tier. hope this helps.

quick question about bonus tier : after 1st completion, do you get an Omega Mat every time ?
