Question about Fracture

So since Fracture expires when Thrawn takes his next turn, does that mean it's more beneficial for him to not have a lot of speed, or is it better to have a lot of speed to induce Fracture in the first place?

Doesn't really matter how fast he is, fracture lasts awhile. My thrawn is at 257 and his fracture lasts like a 2-3 turn stun

You will want him fast, and don't worry about fracture, he will have 50% speed during that time.
