Zavage fails to use Overpower automatically

Hi,
I was running out of time in arena so I decided to use the auto option.
I made sure that all special abilities could be used but as I watched, Zavage just didn't use overpower against my 1/3 hp opponent.
I had a Sith Assassin and Zavage, vs Zariss and zR2

Sounds like the still haven't fixed AI to use it with under 50% instead of 25%.
